FIX: Print to fax with a Citrix application server installed on Windows 2000 fails to function correctly on some systems Print ZTN1146 ID: ZTN1146 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax version with Zetafax Client update ZFW2KTS_700343 for Terminal Services Symptom This patch resolves the symptom of documents not being successfully printed and the user is not presented with the addressing dialog box. Cause This update is normally required when the system drive was changed from the default drive to another specified during the installation of Metaframe. Resolution This issue is resolved by applying an alternative version of the Zfdaemon.exe which functions correctly in this environment. This update, ZFDMCTXP.EXE is available on the Equisys web site www.equisys.com/updates as a separate download for Zetafax 7 users.
