FIX: Zetafax Configuration Program fails to launch Print ZTN1655 ID: ZTN1655 This Zetafax technical note applies to: Zetafax Version 2007 SP1 Symptom When an attempt is made to launch the Zetafax Configuration Program, the program fails to launch, no user interface is displayed. Cause This was caused by an internal problem with the NTSetup module. Resolution Please install the Zetafax 2007 Service Pack 2 update: ‘ZTN1656-11.1.643.exe’, or update your Zetafax installation using the Update Service. To do this, select Help | Check for Updates… in the Zetafax Server Monitor.
