PRB: Plain text and HTML are rendered together when using Lotus Domino and Zetafax SMTP Server

Symptom

When sending an HTML message using Lotus Domino via the Zetafax SMTP relay server, the body of the message is shown twice, once in plain text, and again with HTML style tags encapsulating the text.

Cause

Zetafax SMTP Server previously did not support a particular format of MIME message containing HTML text.

Resolution

A hotfix is available from Equisys Technical Support.

This fault was corrected in a hotfix available from Equisys
