FIX: Zetafax tab in Active Directory Users and Computers throws an error message when loading

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Symptom

After installing the Exchange connector on a server, when opening the Zetafax tab for a user in Active Directory Users and Computers, the following error appears and no settings are loaded:

Cause

This was due to an issue in the Zetafax software.

Resolution

An update is available here to address this issue.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned update.
