FIX: Unable to archive faxes when using UNC paths with subfolders

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Zetafax 2014 and earlier

Symptom

Previously, archiving incoming and outgoing faxes to a UNC path with sub-folders was not supported. For example: a path such as "\\SERVERNAME\SHAREFOLDER\FOLDER" was not supported by Zetafax.

Resolution

This feature is now supported on the latest version of Zetafax, which is available as an upgrade to Zetafax.

Status

This feature is supported on later versions of Zetafax (version 17 and above).
