FIX: Zetafax Server shuts down when converting faxes to PDF format

Symptom

When receiving a fax using Zetafax Online, and using the email gateway to forward the faxes to a user’s inbox as a PDF file, the Zetafax Server will shut down in certain situations.

Cause

When a fax is received in draft resolution it causes the server to crash when trying to convert to PDF.

Resolution

This fault was corrected in an update, which is available in the following technone ZTN2117. This fix resolves the crashing issue associated with draft resolution faxes.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
