FIX: Source file deleted when using %%[FileAttachment:] command

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

Zetadocs PDF Client version 9.4

Symptom

When printing a document to the Zetadocs PDF printer that contains the embedded command %%[FileAttachment] the source file gets deleted when the file is in a Network Folder.

Cause

This issue was caused due to a fault in the software when retrieving the file to add it as an attachment.

Resolution

This fault was corrected in a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN3619.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the hotfix detailed above.
