The following changes have been made to Zetadocs for NAV v1.2 International:

New in Zetadocs for NAV v1.2 International:

  • Document Capture functionality has been extended to include documents within the Purchase Order process.
  • Users are able to specify additional delivery addresses and methods.
  • It is possible to set the ‘From’ address on emails.
  • Customised versions of NAV objects (‘.fob’ files) are provided, which will make some installations easier.
  • Addition of About Box with Version reports provides information to help support staff resolve enquiries.
  • Support for Dynamics NAV versions 3.7 (with 4.0 client) and 5.0 SP1.
  • Support for 64-bit platforms, Windows Server 2008, Citrix and Terminal Services.

SharePoint Integration Improvements:

  • SharePoint functionality has been improved to make it easier for end users to find documents.  It is also simpler to install and has a more professional appearance.
  • Includes a new Zetadocs SharePoint site template and theme making it more straightforward for administrators to create a standard Zetadocs for NAV site within the customer’s SharePoint site.
  • Provides Standard home page and archive document library structure as well as a Zetadocs Advanced Search and predefined views to make finding essential business documents quicker and easier.
