FIX: Intermittent issue where the Zetadocs Client encounters a problem and has to close Print ZTN4261 ID: ZTN4261 This Zetadocs technical note applies to: Version 9.0 of the Zetadocs Client Symptom After opening or printing to the Zetadocs Client an error message appears stating it has encountered a problem and it has to close. The log file shows an error similar to the following: “System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.” This can happen occasionally. Cause This issue is caused by a problem in the Zetadocs Client where it tries to load the same document a second time without checking if it was already loaded. Resolution This issue has been resolved in the Update rollup 5.5.300 of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download here. Status This fault was corrected in the above mentioned update.
