Symptom
When receiving a fax. The Zetafax server reports the following.

Cause
This issue is due to problem in the software which occurs when the PDF mail send format and archiving are both enabled on the Zetafax server system.
Resolution
Equisys has provided and update which resolves the problem on affected systems. This update can be downloaded from the Equisys web using the following URL.
ftp://www.equisys.com/pub/Zetafax9/Updates/ZFQM_90234.exe
Run the self extracting zip file on the Zetafax server system to an empty directory. Then refer to the Readme.txt file for more instructions.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the update documented in this technote.
