FIX: Addressing details not populated when printing Zetadocs modified reports on Windows 8

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
- Version 5.5 of Zetadocs for NAV
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2
- Windows 8 (all editions)
Symptom
This is an intermittent issue when printing from the Role Tailored Client (RTC) on a Windows 8 machine with any version of NAV 2009 only.
When printing a Zetadocs modified report from the RTC, the delivery and addressing details (such as email address, fax number etc) may not be populated in the Zetadocs Client and no template will be applied. Additionally a printed batch may appear as a single document in the Zetadocs Client.
Cause
This issue is due to print behaviour of NAV 2009 on Windows 8, which has been corrected in NAV 2013, where parts of the text on the printed report are rendered as an image.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved with a hotfix issued by Microsoft for Windows 8 systems. For more details and a link to download please use the following link - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2823372.
The fix is included in Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2.
Status
This behaviour was corrected with the Microsoft hotfix or service pack update. .
