FIX: Coversheet continuation page does not work when using the email gateway

Symptom
When using a multi-page coversheet, the first page appears as expected but the second page only contains the text but no background from the coversheet specification.
Cause
This was caused by an issue with the EPSTIF conversion module.
Resolution
A patch is available from ZTN1814.zip.
NOTE – This patch is password protected, Software Assurance customers will have received these details in their latest newsletter, alternatively they should contact their local distributor or Equisys at sales@equisys.com with their entitlement details to obtain these passwords.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the above mentioned patch.
