FIX: Document not being removed from the Zetadocs PDF Client after a successful print

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
- Version 7.0 of Zetadocs PDF and later.
Symptom
The Zetadocs Client can automatically delete a file on printing it to a printer or otherwise present the user with a message regarding the deletion of the file, depending on the user’s settings. However on successfully printing a document from the Zetadocs PDF Client to a printer which has no space characters in its name, the automatic deletion or presentation of the related message will not occur.
This problem has been identified in both single documents and batches.
Cause
This problem was caused by an issue in processing the printer name when delivering the document.
Resolution
An update correcting this issue is available for download here.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
