FIX: Documents can be automatically deleted without being sent

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
- Version 5.5 of Zetadocs for NAV
- Version 9.0 of Zetadocs PDF
Symptom
Documents printed to the Zetadocs Client with no addressing details are archived and then deleted without ever having been sent.
This issue will only occur when sending a single document with the "View emails before sending" option turned off or when sending a batch containing more than item.
If the "View emails before sending" option is turned on and Outlook integration is being used, an Outlook new message window will be displayed prompting for an email address to be entered.
Cause
This issue is due to an error in the logic allowing retries after archive failures.
Resolution
Please contact Equisys Technical Support to request a hotfix for this issue.
Status
An update is available which resolves this issue.
