FIX: Factbox not visible in Web Client for Standard User

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
- Version 7.1 of Zetadocs for NAV
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web Client
Symptom
When a user without the “SUPER” permissions logs into the Web Client and loads a page that has been modified by the Zetadocs Interface Modification tool, the Zetadocs Document Factbox is not visible. When loading the same page as the same user in the Role-Tailored Client, the Zetadocs Document Factbox is visible. Assigning the “SUPER” permission set to the user also causes the Factbox to appear in the Web Client.
This issue affects users of Zetadocs for NAV 7.1, and has been fixed in Zetadocs for NAV 8.0, and only affects users who are using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web Client.
Cause
The problem is caused by a missing permission in the ZETADOCS and ZETADOCSADMIN permission sets that ship with Zetadocs for NAV 7.1 and differences in how permission sets are handled between the Role-Tailored Client and the Web Client.
Resolution
Hotfix -This fault was corrected in a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4463. This hotfix contains an updated set of permissions applicable to both Zetadocs for NAV 7.1 and 8.0.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the hotfix detailed above.
