This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax Server version 2011 and 2012
Symptom
If a user sends a fax which uses LCR (Least Cost Routing), the fax is sent correctly but the Zetafax server that the fax originated from does not get a response back to identify that the message was sent.
Cause
A ‘permission denied’ error occurs when the LCR module attempts to rename an intermediate file, which can sometimes still be locked for reading.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved in the Zetafax 2012 Platform Feature Pack, available for download here. This update is available free of charge to existing Software Assuancre customers and can be accessed using the password provided in your Software Assurance newsletter.
