FIX: Printing to the Zetadocs Client and sending via Outlook saves the message to both the outbox and sent items.

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

• Zetadocs PDF version 8.0 or earlier
• Zetadocs for NAV (versions 4.0 to 5.0) with the Zetadocs Client version 8.0 or earlier

Symptom

When printing to Zetadocs and sending via Outlook, the email is sent as expected but the sent message is saved to both the Outbox and the Sent Items folder. This happens when printing from NAV and notepad.

Cause

When sending via Outlook, Zetadocs creates a copy of the message in the Outlook outbox folder but Outlook does not delete this copy when the message is sent.

Resolution

There is an update available for this issue. To get this update, please go to our software updates page and download it.
