FIX: Some pages in a fax received using Zetafax Online appear squashed or stretched

Symptom
When receiving a multi-page fax using Zetafax Online, there are instances where the received fax image appears squashed or stretched.
Cause
The fax in question will have been sent to Zetafax Online with different resolutions on each page. Zetafax Server previously did not handle this correctly.
Resolution
This fault was corrected in an update, which is available in the following technone ZTN2117. This fix resolves the issue by converting the fax resolution of pages so that they are all the same.
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
