FIX: Zetadocs Authorization Table limits the usernames to 30 characters

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

• Zetadocs for NAV 10.0

Symptom

With the Sharepoint Online option enabled, a user with a 30+ character’s account name cannot grant permissions to Zetadocs to access the SharePoint site.

Cause

The table field used in NAV was set with a limit of 30 characters.

Resolution

The character limit was extended to 100 characters.

The hotfix is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4512.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the hotfix detailed above.
