FIX: Zetadocs FactBox does not refresh on Customer and Vendor Card Pages

Symptom

When opening a Vendor or Customer Card Page that has been modified by the Zetadocs Interface Modification Tool, the Zetadocs FactBox does not refresh.

Cause

This was caused by a fault in the Zetadocs Interface Modification Tool that did not cope with one liner conditionals in code.

Resolution

This fault was corrected in a hotfix, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN4511. This fix will allow to fix the already modified page and apply the Zetadocs modifications properly.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the hotfix detailed above.
