FIX: Zetadocs fails to add additional files with Dynamic Commands and the Zetadocs Archive Service

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

• Zetadocs for NAV v10.0

Symptom

When using the fileattachment dynamic commands with files stores in the Zetadocs Archive Service, Zetadocs fails to deliver the email.

Cause

Zetadocs fails to download the file from the archive service from the URL provided in the customised code unit as the Zetadocs Archive service is only expecting the file reference rather than the full URL.

Resolution

This fault was corrected and is now part of the Zetadocs 11.0 release.

Status

This behaviour was corrected in the update 11.0 detailed above.
