FIX: Zetafax Server shuts down when receiving a fax

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax v17

Symptom
When receiving a fax from Zetafax Online, Zetafax Server will shut down, the faulting module will be shown in the log as ROUTER.
The issue will only occur if the following logging line is seen when starting Zetafax Server:
‘Delete after usage setting for incoming faxes is invalid (DontDelete)’
Cause
This was caused by a problem in the software when attempting to delete the fax image from the Zetafax Online service. The fax image was already removed.
Resolution
This fault was corrected in an update, which is available by contacting Equisys Technical Support and quoting the technote number ZTN2117. This fix properly handles the deletion of the fax image in all scenarios.
This hotfix also fixes the following issues:
· FIX: Zetafax Server shut may down when converting faxes to PDF format from Zetafax Online
· FIX: Some pages in a fax received using Zetafax Online appear squashed or stretched
Status
This behaviour was corrected in the update detailed above.
