Summary
When using Eicon cards with Zetafax it is suggested that the latest Eicon drivers for the device are used. Zetafax relies on the CAPI subsystem to process the call and physical device. Eicon Networks supply these drivers and they are available for download from their website.

Checking the Diva driver version in Windows XP
- Click 'Start', then 'Control Panel' > 'System' > 'Hardware' > 'Device Manager' > 'Network adapters'
- You should now see the listing for the Diva card. Right-click it and select 'Properties'
- Click on the 'Driver' tab to see the driver version as shown below

- Right click 'My Computer' select 'Properties' then click on the 'Hardware' tab
- Click 'Device Manager' then in the list of devices select 'Network Adapters' and 'Properties' of the eicon card, select the 'Drivers' tab
- Version number information will appear as below

- On the Desktop right click on 'Network Neighbourhood'
- Select 'Properties' then 'Protocols'
- Select 'Eicon CAPI 2.0 Driver'
- The version number appears in the 'Description' area (in brackets) as indicated below

- Click 'Start' > 'Programs' > 'Eicon ISDN Tools (Common)'
- Select 'About Diva Server for Windows NT'
- The version number appears on this screen as indicated below
