HOWTO: Printcolor documents to Zetadocs for Accounting

Summary

The normal default for the Zetadocs printer is to print documents in Greyscale.  This helps and faxes sent from Zetadocs for Accounting arrive in the best format.  This technote explains how to allow colour text to be printed to the Zetadocs printer.

More information

  1. When you have created a document you wish to print to the Zetadocs for Accounting program, chose the print option from the file menu.
  2. In the Print Menu box that appears, ensure you have selected the General tab, this will provide you with a list of all the printers currently accessible by your computer.
  3. Select the Zetadocs printer then choose Preferences.

  1. In the Printing Preferences choose Paper/Quality then choose Color.

  1. Click OK then click Print to print to the Zetadocs printer.
  2. These settings will remain the default setting for all documents being sent to the Zetadocs printer until they are changed back manually.
