Summary
This document describes how to install a further Zetafax trial license when it has been renewed via the Sales team.

Trial systems are valid for a month and they expire on the 1st of the following month. Equisys account managers may decide to renew a customer's trial license so that customers can trial Zetafax for longer prior to purchasing. Once a trial period has expired you may receive a number of error messages pertaining to the lack of a valid license.
These error messages will disappear once you have created a new license file.
- Stop the Zetafax server service.
- Launch the Zetafax configuration console and navigate to Licensing and Registration.
- Right-click on Licensing and Registration and select Modify/Upgrade License Details.
- Enter the new trial license number you have received over the previous trial license.
- Click on Next and leave the software assurance license number fields blank for now.
- Select the Register online button.
- Add the Company name and select the Register button, the Product Registration Page should open already populated with the license key details.
- Add any remaining missing details and when completed click the Register button, your registration code will be emailed to the email address provided on the registration page.
- Enter this registration code into the License and Registration Wizard, select the Finish button to complete your registration process.
- Restart the Zetafax server.
- Launch any Zetafax client and send a fax (anywhere).
- You can now use your system as before.
