To uninstall your system simply follow the steps detailed below.

Rollback of NAV Objects and Interfaces

To enable you to restore your original object versions you should have backed up the original versions of your objects or you produced new versions of your existing objects with different object ID’s.

Different Report ID’s

  1. Open the Navision client and connect to/open the Navision database.
  2. Open the Object Designer (ToolsàObject Designer).
  3. Click the All button on the Object Designer.
  4. Set a filter *ZD* on the Version List column.
  5. Select all Zetadocs objects (CTRL+ A).
  6. Click on Delete in the Toolbar (F4).
  7. Click Yes to delete selected lines.

Restoring Backed Up NAV system

  1. Open the Navision client and connect to/open the Navision database.
  2. Open the Object Designer (ToolsàObject Designer).
  3. Select Import Objects in file menu (FileàImport).
  4. Find and select your backup file.
  5. Choose Yes to import all objects.
  6. Click No to open Import Worksheet.
  7. Click Replace All.
  8. Click Ok.

Note: You may not have permissions to delete all the objects, such as some codeunits. In this case it is ok to leave the codeunits on the system as they will not be used.

 

Uninstalling Client Components

  1. Open Add/Remove programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista and later) or other uninstallation utility relevant to the environment you are operating in.
  2. Select Zetadocs Express from the list and then Uninstall.

Uninstalling the Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions

To uninstall the Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions we need to perform the following:

 

Deactivating the Zetadocs Components

  1. Return to the Site Settings menu and click on Manage Site Features from the Site Actions section.
  2. Scroll down the list and deactivate the Zetadocs Content Type, Zetadocs Document Library and Zetadocs Workflow.

Deactivate the Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions Solution

  1. On the Site Actions menu, click Site Settings. In the Galleries sections, click Solutions.
  2. Scroll down until you locate the Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions solution and click Deactivate.
  3. With the Zetadocs SharePoint Extensions solution selected, choose Solutions from the ribbon and then Delete.
