This technical note details known issues administrators should be aware of when trying to install the Zetafax connector on systems running Microsoft Exchange 2010.

The Zetafax Connector for Exchange is a required component when using the Zetafax Server email gateway to send and receive faxes within Microsoft Outlook via Microsoft Exchange Server. Zetafax 2010 was released with support for automated install of the connector components onto the Exchange 2010 Hub Transport Server.

The Zetafax Connector for Exchange 2010 is only compatible with 64 bit versions of Windows Server that have an Exchange 2010 Hub Transport server installed and configured.
