The following changes have been made to version 7.1 of Zetadocs Express.

Broader platform support

Zetadocs Express offers broad platform support, from the very latest version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016, all the way back to NAV 2009 SP1 and everything in between. This release also officially supports Windows 10 for those NAV versions supported on this version of Windows, and Outlook 2016.

Instant access to documents on lists

Add the Zetadocs Express Documents FactBox to NAV list pages to display linked documents in context alongside the NAV record, making it easier to drag & drop and view documents linked to a particular record without opening the record itself.

Capture on the go

Added support for the NAV 2016 Phone client giving NAV customers the ability to add documents like photos to the Zetadocs Express Documents FactBox from most smartphones and archive those files to Office 365 only.

Extended ClickOnce support

Zetadocs NAV Server Extensions installs the Zetadocs Documents FactBox for use with the NAV Web client, NAV Tablet client and NAV 2016 Phone client. As the add-in is installed on the NAV server, it is automatically available to the NAV Windows client when deployed via ClickOnce. Version 7.1 of Zetadocs Express extends this ClickOnce support to give customers an additional option to drag and drop files and emails when the NAV Windows client is deployed in this way.

64-bit NAV Windows client (NAV 2016)

NAV 2016 introduces a native 64-bit Windows client for intensive workloads like running several large reports on 64-bit Windows. The Zetadocs Express Windows client add-in is a 32-bit only component and will not work with the 64-bit version of the NAV Windows client. In this case, you have the option to run the 32-bit version of the NAV Windows client on 64-bit Windows to access features only offered by our Windows client add-in e.g. drag & drop capture, local scanning, and additional Outlook message information when capturing emails (FROM field and Subject), or by default the 64-bit NAV Windows client offers customers the same Zetadocs functionality available in the NAV Web client.

General improvements and enhancements:

· FIX: Items are slow to archive to SharePoint when the archive library has many folders

· FIX: Unable to import Zetadocs objects in NAV 2015 without forcing to Synchronise Schema
