New in Zetadocs for NAV v4.0:

  • New range of Zetadocs for NAV Editions:
    Zetadocs now comes in four editions which allow you to pick the level of functionality that you require for your system.
    • Delivery Essentials
      Reduces costs and improves efficiency with electronic delivery, archive and retrieval of documents and reports from Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
    • Capture Essentials
      Improves customer service through electronic filing of inbound information for fast, efficient retrieval in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SharePoint.
    • Delivery Plus
      Fully automates the production and delivery of documents and reports from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
    • Capture Plus
      Automates the electronic capture, filing and processing of documents, emails and faxes that relate to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV object.
  • SharePoint 2010 Support
    Zetadocs for NAV now supports both SharePoint Foundation 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010.
  • Custom Document Queues
    Including custom processing actions which allow VARs to add a variety of actions to their queues.
  • Barcode Recognition
    Zetadocs can now read barcodes that have been added to reports, these can for example be used to identify a document like a shipping note when it is returned and scanned in. This can then be used to link the scanned document to the original transaction, speeding up document processing.
  • Drag and Drop Document Capture
    Provides an area within NAV into which items can be dragged and dropped so that they will appear in the SharePoint archive.
  • Document Workflows
    Zetadocs for NAV Capture Plus allows on-screen approval workflows to be built to speed up processing, and reduce the risk of errors.
