PRB: ABBYY Licence update issues

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
- Version 4.0 and above of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Symptom
When updating an ABBYY licence which includes a page count problems can occur.
Resolution
- Stop the Zetadocs document converter service.
- Make a note of the ABBYY licence serial key & then close the ABBYY licence manager.
- Delete the existing ABBYY licence file (< license number> .frelf) which should be located on the Zetadocs server machine:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Zetadocs Server\Document Converter\OCR\
- Or on a 32bit machine C:\Program Files \Zetadocs Server\Document Converter\OCR\
- Open the ABBYY licence manager and re-enter licence details again.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the ABBYY Licence software.
