PRB: 'An unexpected tag was found in Help file - ADDIN_A.HH' error when opening the Zetadocs help file in NAV client

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

• Version 5 of Zetadocs for NAV

Symptom

You get the error shown below when you access the Zetadocs section of the help file within NAV Client.

Cause

The error is caused by some incorrectly formatted tags in the help file.

Resolution

The issue is resolved by downloading an updated help file available here.

addin_a.zip

Extract the file and copy it to your NAV client installation folder by following the instructions in section 2.2 in the installation guide.

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
