PRB: Documents appear in the wrong queue after being converted by Zetadocs Server

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:
- Version 4.x and 5 of Zetadocs for NAV
Symptom
- Having configured several Zetadocs Document Queues and after dropping a file into one of them, the converted document appears in an unexpected queue when viewing from NAV.
- Your ABBYY page count exhausts very quickly. This can be viewed from Start | Programs | Zetadocs Server | ABBYY License Manager.
Cause
The shared folder name for two or more queue folders begin with a similar word. Due to this the Zetadocs Document Converter service can’t determine the correct folder to output to.
Resolution
Change the share folder name so that the beginning does not match another queue.
e.g.
\\server01\Document Queue Sales
\\server01\Document Queue Purchase
Change to:
\\server01\Sales Document Queue
\\server01\Purchase Document Queue
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
