PRB: Drag and Drop Control not displayed after a Zetadocs for NAV upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

• Version 4.0 of the Zetadocs for NAV Client

Symptom

The Drag and Drop Control is not displayed after an upgrade of the “Zetadocs for NAV Client” from version 4.0 to 4.1

Cause

This is caused by a problem upgrading the Zetadocs API Runtime.

Resolution

Install the Zetadocs API Runtime:

For a 32 bit machine:

            < CD/Installer location> \Zetadocs NAV Client\ISSetupPrerequisites\{637E8FC4-07F8-479E-A37C-C30C633F2EF2}\Zetadocs API Runtime.exe

For a 64 bit machine:

            < CD/Installer location> \Zetadocs NAV Client x64\ISSetupPrerequisites\{637E8FC4-07F8-479E-A37C-C30C633F2EF2}\Zetadocs API Runtime.exe

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
