PRB: Error message when printing to the Zetafax Printer in Windows XP

Symptom
When printing to the Zetafax printer on Windows XP professional without the Zetafax client application running you may see the following error message:
This error does not appear if Zetafax prompts for the user's login name, or if the Zetafax Client is already running.
This behaviour does not occur with other operating systems.
Cause
The Zetafax printer is trying to locate a directory that doesn't exist.
Resolution
This error can be ignored as it does not prevent the Zetafax addressing dialog from prompting the user to address the fax. The Zetafax client functions normally once the message has been closed by clicking 'OK'. Alternatively launching the Zetafax client prior to printing to the Zetafax printer will avoid the error message.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
