PRB: Faxes are not received to Exchange mailboxes that contain the @ character in their name.

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax Server 2012 with Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010
Symptom
When using Exchange to receive faxes, if at any point, the mailbox or user display name contains the @ character, the emails are not routed to the recipient. This also applies to fax confirmations.
Cause
This is due to the Zetafax Server not being able to deal with the @ character as part of the username or the mailbox name, thus providing an incorrect address when passing the message onto Exchange through the connector.
Resolution
A hotfix is available from Equisys Technical Support.
Status
This fault was corrected in the above mentioned hotfix
