PRB: Faxes with Office 2010 attachments fail

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax 2011 without the Document Rendering addon.
Symptom
When the user creates a new fax in the Zetafax Client with Office 2010 documents as attachments and tries to preview or send the fax, these documents are not rendered correctly.
Cause
This was caused by a change to the Office 2010 API in the way it handles printer names, which caused the client side rendering on Zetafax to fail. Office 2010 documents are not rendered server side unless the Document Conversion addon has been licensed.
Resolution
A hotfix is available to address this error.
