PRB: Help menu option does not work within Zetafax.

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax version 7.5 and later

Symptom

When a user tries to bring up the Zetafax help by selecting it from the menu or presses F1 nothing happens

Cause

Zetafax uses html based help pages.

Resolution

To use the help within Zetafax version 7.5 or later, a minimum requirement is to have Internet Explorer version 5 or later installed.

If you want to view the Zetafax help pages, Internet Explorer 5 or later should be installed on the system.

Status

Zetafax version 7.5.x is no longer supported by Equisys. If you wish to upgrade to the latest version of Zetafax please contact the Zetafax distributor for your country for more information or:
