PRB: RUNME.EXE causes a Dr Watson error when the Zetafax CD-ROM is loaded

This Zetafax technical note applies to:
- Zetafax 7.00.0.26.
Symptom
When the CD-ROM for Zetafax Version 7.00.0.26 is loaded into a PC, a Dr Watson error in RUNME.EXE occours. From this point the Macromedia interface is not available.
Cause
The Macromedia Director 7 program (RUNME.EXE) will not run on a server where the colour depth is set to 16 colours or the screen resolution is 640 x 480 pixels.
Resolution
Either increase the settings in the graphics display to accommodate a higher colour depth and screen resolution to allow the Macromedia to operate, or browse the Zetafax CD-ROM to select the setup program to install.
