PRB: Recently added documents do not appear in the Zetadocs Documents Fastab

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

• Version 4.2 of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Symptom

When dropping files in the Drag & Drop area of the Zetadocs Document Fastab if there are more than 10 documents related to the same NAV record, the recently added document does not appear in the document list.

Cause

This issue occurs when there are multiple SharePoint archive libraries and the same record has related documents in more than one library. The ordering of the files in the Document Fastab may sometimes be affected by these circumstances and the most recent documents may not appear in the document list because Zetadocs fails to order the complete set across libraries, before showing the ten most recent documents in the Fastab.

Resolution

A hotfix is available from Equisys Technical Support.

Status

This fault was corrected in the above mentioned hotfix.
