This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

The following dialog is shown when attempting to save an additional recipient with an apostrophe in the text:

This is caused by a missing escape character needed for the apostrophe when the text is saved to the GP database.

Currently, apostrophes cannot be saved in the additional recipients dialog. Removing the apostrophe will allow saving of the contact.

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
