PRB: Scanning from the Documents Factbox produces large sized PDF documents

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

Symptom

When scanning from the Zetadocs Documents Factbox in NAV, the resulting PDF is larger than the PDF produced scanning the same image from the Zetadocs PDF client.

Cause

This is due to the fact that the Zetadocs PDF Client uses image compression that the Document Factbox did not previously use. This has now been updated to behave in a similar manner to the Zetadocs PDF Client.

Resolution

The fault was corrected in a hotfix.
