PRB: Server Application Unavailable error when user accesses the Web client

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

Symptom
Your browser displays the following message when you try and visit the Zetafax Web client site:
Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.
Please hit the " Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.
Cause
There are a number of possible reasons for this symptom (see References). One possible reason for this error is that the Web client is unable to determine your Zetafax account from your Windows login credentials.
Resolution
Link the Zetafax username to the Windows account Domain\login using the Zetafax configuration.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
