PRB: Some attachments do not render when converting *.msg files in Zetadocs Server

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

• Zetadocs Server 2.2.105 and below

Symptom

When passing *.msg files (Outlook message files) to the Zetadocs Server for conversion into PDF format, if the *.msg file has an attachment, there are some circumstances where the attachment is not rendered into the final PDF file.

Cause

This was due to an incompatibility with some formats of *.msg files in a 3^rd party library.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in the Update rollup 5.5.300 of Zetadocs for NAV, available for download here.

Status

This fault was corrected in the above mentioned update.
