PRB: TO button is unavailable on the 'New' tab of the Web client

Symptom
When using the Zetafax Web client to submit a fax, the 'To' button on the New fax tab is not active.
Cause
The Web client uses Collaborative Data Objects (CDO) to give access to the Microsoft Exchange Global address list. There is no CDO support on the IIS server hosting the Web client.
Resolution
Install CDO on the IIS web server. The easiest way to do this is to install Outlook with CDO support .
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
