PRB: The Zetafax Connector install reports error 119

This Zetafax technical note applies to:

  • Zetafax version 11 Exchange 2000/3 Connector

Symptom

The Zetafax connector setup program fails with:

An error occurred during the move data process: -119 on File: ZfcAd.dll

Cause

There is a problem with the location of the connector prerequisites folder.

Resolution

  1. Browse the Zetafax CD and copy the folder zetafax\ex2kcnctr to the local machine.
  2. Go to Zetafax\Server on the CD and copy the 'prerequisites' folder into ex2kcnctr.
  3. Run setup.exe from ex2kcnctr.

Status

This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
