PRB: Users unable to authenticate Zetadocs when using Microsoft Office 365 user accounts with MFA (Multi-factor authentication)

Symptom

You are seeing the following error message when trying to authenticate to SharePoint via Zetadocs, while using Multi-Factor Authentication:

Error Message: Failed to authenticate. Unable to login. Please check your username and password.

To enable this to work with Zetadocs you will need to use user app passwords within Microsoft Office 365 for each user that is trying to authenticate while MFA is enabled. To use user app passwords, please see the following technote from Microsoft:

This may be applicable if you are also using custom claims rules within ADFS.
