PRB: Zetadocs OCR Engine is unable to be activated on Microsoft Azure virtual machine (Azure VM)

This Zetadocs technical note applies to:

·         Zetadocs Server v3.0 

Summary

After upgrading to Zetadocs Server v3.0, the OCR Engine is unable to be activated on Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine.

Cause

Regular (non-Cloud type) license for the OCR Engine cannot be used in cloud or docker environments, a cloud license is required.
