PRB: Zetalink help requires Microsoft virtual machine to be installed on some systems

This Zetalink technical note applies to:

Symptom
- When launching the help on the Zetalink User Configuration page the following dialog box appears:
Cause
The system does not have Microsoft virtual machine installed. The Zetalink help files require on this software to be installed before it can display the help pages.
Resolution
- When the dialog box appears, select 'Download',
- From the drop down menu of locations that appear, choose 'the internet' and select OK.
- Leave the region default at 'North America' and select OK.
- You will receive various security warnings throughout the download.
- Select 'Yes' to all of these.
- Once the download is complete, retry the help in Zetalink User Configuration.
- You will now be able to access the index, home and contents options.
Status
This has been identified by Equisys as a problem with the software versions given above.
