More contract term and billing frequency options
We are pleased to let you know about new options for Zetadocs subscriptions to give customers more choice over their contract term and billing frequency.
What's new?
In summary, these new options mean that:
- The contract term can now be monthly, annual or triennial
- The billing frequency can now be monthly, annual or triennial
These new options make it easier to align the Zetadocs subscription contract term and the billing frequency with that of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which is usually simpler for customers and reseller partners.
Do I need to do anything as an existing customer?
No. If you already have a Zetadocs subscription with an annual contract term and annual billing frequency, then this will stay the same unless you ask us to make a change (which would take effect at the next subscription renewal point).
