Ready to go AP Automation and GCC High support

This article describes the new features and other improvements in the April 2022 update of the Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture Extension for Business Central.

Release date, version and availability 

March 29, 2022 (version 3.0.22073) available for download for on-premises Business Central systems from the release date, and on Microsoft AppSource for Business Central Online systems within ten working days of this release date.

Feature enhancements

Ready to go AP Automation

Zetadocs offers ready to go AP automation that is designed for Business Central to reduce the time finance teams spend manually entering and processing supplier invoices and credit memos.

Invoice header and line information is extracted using intelligent OCR without the overhead of creating templates per vendor. A preview of the invoice alongside the original vendor invoice is presented for side-by-side reference before creating the record inside Business Central. Learn more about AP Automation.

GCC High support

Added support for customers on US Government Community Cloud High (GCC High) environments using any of the Office 365 Government plans.

Customers on these environments can now use full sending and archiving functionality of Zetadocs Delivery and Zetadocs Capture after updating to this version of the extension.

Quality and performance improvements 

This update includes a number of quality and performance improvements, including the following: 

Automated data entry preview screen does not load on BC14

Support now added for the side-by-side document viewer when using the Business Central 14 web client. The original vendor invoice must be viewed on a second screen when using the role tailored client (RTC).
